The ingredients needed to make Sushi Bake:
  1. Prepare 2 pkg imitation crab meat, shredded
  2. Prepare 2 tbs Japanese Mayonnaise (plus some for drizzling)
  3. Take 2 tsp sriracha (or more if you want it spicier)
  4. Make ready To taste Furikake
  5. Get 2.5 cups sushi rice, cooked
  6. Make ready As needed Nori (for serving)
Instructions to make Sushi Bake:
  1. Mix your shredded "crab meat" with Japanese mayo and Sriracha and set aside
  2. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Press the the sushi rice firmly into the baking dish using your hands. (Lightly spray your hands to prevent rice to sticking to your hands)
  3. Shake desired amount of Furikake on top of the rice.
  4. Spread your crab meat evenly ontop of the rice, pressing down with the back of your spoon.
  5. Sprinkle more furikake on top of the crab meat mixture.
  6. Place in a 350⁰F oven for 10min
  7. Once out of oven drizzle with sriracha and more Japanese mayo.
  8. Serve immediately with nori.
