Steps to make Vidhrab Kothimbir Roll:
  1. Knead the all ingredients of cover to soft dough, keep aside
  2. In pan take oil on medium flame and give tadka with all seeds, Asafoetida and all spices along with coconut.
  3. Continuously rotate spatula otherwise it will burn, and add peanut powder and all stuff of filling.
  4. Mix coriander well and cover with lid and cook 2-3 min.
  5. Take small dough, roll it elongated. Filled the filling in center and close it from all side.
  6. Round it that pipe to ring shape.
  7. Fry it on slow flame till golden and crispy. Serve with chutney and sauce.
