  1. Make ready 1 cup grated beetroot

  3. Prepare 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste

  5. Take 1 Tbsp roasted & crushed anardana
  6. Make ready 1 pinch Chaat masala
  7. Take to taste Rock salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts to stuff
  9. Get 1/2 cup crushed oats, to coat
  10. Get As needed Oil to pan fry
Steps to make Beetroot and tofu kabab:
  1. Grate beetroot finely
  2. Crumble tofu
  3. Take a bowl and put the grated beetroot, the tofu followed by garlic, amchoor, chaat masala, rock salt and anardana.
  4. Mince with your hands & make round patties and insert the chopped cashews as a filling. Make round kebabs
  5. Coat the patties with crushed oat powder
  6. In a flat pan heat the oil and lightly fry these.
  7. Serve with green chutney
