  1. Take a mixing bowl add leftover rice paste and mashed potatoes
  2. Then add all the ingredients except oil in the bowl
  3. Mix everything well
  4. Now make flat round shape in your palm like tikki
  5. Now coated with bread crumbs
  6. Prepare all the mixture like this and keep in a plate
  7. Now heat a pan grease with oil and fry the cutlets both the sides till golden brown in medium flame
  8. Now serve hot with chutney or sauce
