Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Melt the butter in a pan. Meanwhile, mash the bananas in a bowl. Add cinnamon, ground cardamom, caster sugar, melted butter and the egg to the bananas and mash together
Add in the flour mixture to the mash, and mix until smooth. Then mix in nut and dark chocolate chips mix.
With a spoon, put the mixture into a muffin tin with paper baking cases inside.
Place a walnut on top of each muffin.
Put the muffins into the oven for 25 minutes. Then check if they're done by poking one of the muffins with a toothpick. If it is dry, the muffins are ready. If not, put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes, and you're done!
