First find two clean bowl, separate the egg whites and the egg yolk put it in a other bowl, using hand mixer start beating the egg white gradually add a Tbsp of sugar and continue mixing, it will start making foam and add another Tbsp of sugar and continue till it thickens and it stays in it's shape,keep it aside.
2. In separate bowl add your egg yolk,add the remaining sugar,your flavour,your salt,then mix well and add your milk. Add your sieved flour and baking powder together and mix it until it's well combine.
3. Bring your egg white and add half of it in the batter and mix using a whisk mixing gently,then add the remaining egg whites and also mix it in.
4. Time for frying,using medium heat place non-stick frying pan and put half a tsp of butter or oil to avoid sticking to the pan. Pour your batter in the pan allow it for some min before you turn it over.
