  4. Put 2 tsp vegetable oil add potatoes and onion in a pan (do not preheat) hot oil maybe splash eveywhere because of moisture in the potatoes. Pan fry while stirring constantly on high heat for 3 minutes. Lower the heat to low n pan fry for 5 minutes or until the potatoes become soft,stir frequently
  5. Add 1-2 salt (taste and add gradually)and 1/2 tsp black or white paper n mix well
