  1. Make ready 2 pomfret fish
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger paste
  3. Get 1 tbsp garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  5. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Make ready 2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp salt (adjust as per your taste)

Steps to make Pomfret Pan Fry:
  1. Wash & clean the fish
  2. In a bowl take lime juice, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and salt. Mix everything well.
  3. Take fish, pat dry with paper napkin. Now rub the above mix on both the sides of fish. Let it rest for 10-15 mins
  4. In a plate take semolina (rava), add salt to taste and red chilli powder.Mix well.
  5. Next, take a fish apply the above semolina mix on it from both sides.
  6. In a frying pan add oil, on a medium flame once the oil is hot, put fish in a pan & fry for 3-4 mins, now flip the fish on the other side and fry for another 3-4 mins. Serve hot.
