  1. Take Salmon
  2. Get 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  3. Get 4 tablespoon thai sweet chilli sauce
  4. Prepare 2 sticks chopped scallion
  5. Take 1 teaspoon salt
  6. Get 3 tablespoon water
  7. Get 1 teaspoon EVOO
  8. Prepare Side Dishes

Instructions to make 3-ingredient Salmon:
  1. Pour thai sweet chilli sauce into a bowl. Mix together with chopped garlic & scallion.
  2. Add in water so that the sauce will not be thick. Put aside once done.
  3. Thaw salmon, sprinkle salt front n back.
  4. Pour in the pre-mixed sauce with salmon front and back, marinate for 15m.
  5. While waiting, boil brocolli for 20s. Leave to cold.
  6. Boil egg. Leave to cold.
  7. Put 1 teaspoon of EVOO onto the pan when its hot.
  8. Put in the salmon onto the pan with a small heat, 10mins on each side.
