Steps to make Quiche with oats crust:
Grease pie pan with butter and preheat oven at 175°C for 20 minutes.
For crust,mix oats flour and all-purpose flour properly.
In another bowl mix egg, all spices, melted butter and combine it well.
Add egg mixture with the flour mixture and form a firm dough,add little water if required.
Roll it out like a roti.
Put it carefully on the greased pie pan and shape it like a pie crust.
Bake it in preheated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes.
For stuffing,heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, half quantity black pepper powder and saute it for couple of minutes.
Add blanched spinach and cook it for a minute and put off the flame; add sliced tomatoes and capsicum, give a quick mix, keep aside and cool it down.
In a large bowl mix eggs,milk, cream,rest black pepper powder, half quantity cooked vegetables, cheese, barbeque sauce, chopped parsley, salt and combine it well.
When the crust is baked immediately add rest cooked vegetables, don't put off the oven.
Now slowly add the mixture of eggs to it.
Again put it in the oven at 175°C and bake it for 25 minutes.
Slice it, serve with tomato sauce and enjoy.
