Firstly boil the milk in a wide bottom pan on high flame by adding sugar n cardmum powder
After boiling the milk thin layers of cream being form..jus' pull out the layers of cream being formed at the side of the pan..boil the milk n keep scraping the layers..boil it to till 1/3 of the quantity..check the level of milk, it's lower down quite bit..slow down the flame
Add corn flour in 3-4tsp spoons of cold milk n mix in reduced milk while continous stirring..it will help a bit in thickning of the milk..Let it boil fo' a min or two..keep on stirring at this point..this is the exact consistency n quantity of milk required..let to flame off
Let the rabri cool down completely in the pan..after cooling down add milk masala powder(mixture of cashews, almonds, pistachios n cardmum powdered) n give a good mix
Yo'r rabri/Indian sweet dish with a drizzle of strawberry is ready now..transfer it in a serving bowl..scrape off the cream from the edges of the pan with the help of a sharp spatula till last bit n add all this in rabri milk..lightly stir it n keep in fridge fo' at least 2hours to chilled up
Keep out of fridge n apply silver varak over it..drizzle a spoon of strawberry crush n garnish with sliced almonds n cashews
