  1. In a wok, heat 1/4 cup Banaspati ghee on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, green cardamom cook for 2-3 min then add semolina and stir well on low heat until fragrant
  3. Stir the semolina on a slightly high heat.
  4. While stirring, add Dry coconut chopped, Pishtato chopped, Almond chopped, Kishmish, Chohra chopped.
  5. With the spoon mix together then add Desiccated coconut, sugar and add small amount of water.
  6. Stir vigorously for a few more minutes and remove from heat Brush 1-2 tablespoons of Banaspati on a tray & dry fruits. Then dish out the semolina.
  7. Cool, cut into pieces,
  8. Garnish and serve.
