  5. Now add maida (all purpose flour) in it and mix well using a whisk /spatula until it turns little smooth.
  6. Now pour batter into previously greased pan. Place it in pre-heated pressure cooker and bake for 40-45 minutes at low flame until the top of cake looks brown.
  7. Now insert a toothpick in the center to check, if it is fully cooked or not, If it comes out clean, then it means it is cooked. If it does not, then cook for few more minutes.
  8. Now switch off gas and Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, than remove the cake from pan carefully.
  9. Now decorate the cake with cream and make a design as you like, Eggless Vanilla Cake is ready. You can also serve it as is garnish with chocolate syrup and enjoy.
