  1. Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic. Place in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 1 minute at 500W, and let cool.
  2. Cut the shrimp into 1 cm chunks, and smash with a knife to increase their viscosity. It is an easy job if you use the back of a knife.
  3. Add the ingredients from Step 1 and the ingredients marked ☆ to Step 2 and mix. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. If the mixture is too thin, adjust by adding flour.

  6. Heat vegetable oil over a medium heat, and cook the patties from step 5 until golden brown. Cover after flipping them over, and take them out after cooking for an additional 2~3 minutes.
