Steps to make Restaurant style Paneer Makhani:
Heat the oil in a pan,put butter and oil then add the whole garam masala and cumin seeds when it starts crackle add the roughly chopped onions and tomatoes sauté for few minutes
Then add the spices (coriander powder,cumin powder) and salt,then add the cashews again sauté for few minutes then remove it from the flame and allow it to cool,
Then blend in a mixture to a smooth paste then strain the paste through colander.Now agin heat the pan add little butter then put ginger garlic paste sauté for few minutes then add Kashmiri red chilli powder the put the blended strain mixture cook it for a few minutes
Then add paneer pieces cook it for few minutes then add honey,kasoori methi,garam masala powder,grated paneer and fresh cream,turn off the flame cover it with a lid for few minutes then serve.. enjoy 😊
