Method - Grind green coriander, green chillies and mint and make a thin paste. Add eggs, coriander mint paste and water-soaked bread slices (wring before mixing) to minced meat.Then add ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, salt, red chillies and all spice powder and mix well. Make long shape kababs and shallow fry. Once kababs are fried well, remove from stove.
