  1. Burn the onion directly on stove. Cool it and remove the peel that is black. Grind the following ingredients, onion, cloves, cinnamon stick, garlic, green chillies, ginger. Mix the paste to the mince meat. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and mix well. Set aside
  2. Now take the wheat flour, add some oil, salt and water. Knead it and rest it aside. Take a pan and fry the mince meat paste resulted from step1 in oil. Add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Rest it to cool
  3. Now roll the flour balls with the meat mixture inside and fry it on pan with Butter/Ghee.
