  3. Prepare béchamel sauce : melt 1 tbsp of butter, add 1 tbsp of flour, add 300 ml of milk, add salt, black pepper and some fresh salty cheese
  4. Put some pasta in the ovenware, pour some tomato sauce then béchamel sauce, add slices of cheese, do the same step
  5. Bake it in the oven for a while !
