Brown the turkey meat and onions, add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian, 1 tbsp parsley and bouillon. Add the diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook on low for about 20 min.
Boil lasagna noodles till they are soft enough to roll. Drain and lay them out flat on a tray.
In a bowl mix ricotta and parsley.
