Get 3 cups Rice

Make ready 400 g Chicken boneless fillet
Make ready to taste Salt
Get 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Make ready 1 tsp Ginger paste
Prepare 1/2 tsp Mustard paste
Get 1 tsp Dry herbs(optional)
Take 2 tbsp Oil
Get 2 tbsp Soya sauce
Instructions to make Peas pulao with chicken steak strips:
First marinate the chicken fillet. For marination : mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of oil in it and mix thoroughly all the spices. Marinate chicken with this mixture.
Now grill the marinated chicken. 10-12 mins per side.. or untill it's done.
Make pulao: take oil in pan. Add onions. Stir fry them till golden.
Add ginger paste. Stir it.
Now add tomatoes. Mix it and add green chilli paste. Add all spices.
When tomatoes become tender, fry it. And add peas. And fry it.
Now add water (according to rice/ 5cups). When water starts boiling squeeze a lemon in it.
Now, cut the grilled chicken steak in strips. And serve it with rice.
Top up your dish with fresh salad, mint and zeera, raita along with fries 🥰
