Steps to make Dry Veg Manchurian:
  1. Shred cabbage.Then grate carrot.Chop beans and spring onion finely.Chop onion finely.Mince garlic and grate ginger.Smear little salt and discard any water in vegetables.Add cornflour,flour and bread crumbs and mash all.If needed sprinkle little water.Add all sauce and ginger garlic paste.Knead like a dough and shape into balls.Smear some cornflour.Heat oil and fry balls in batches.

For making sauce : Heat oil in a nonstick pan.Add minced garlic and grated ginger.Fry and add chopped onion and toss.Add finely chopped green capsicum add stir fry.Add green chilli sauce,soya sauce,hot and sweet tomato sauce,Chinese seasoning,salt to taste, vinegar, orange red food colour,little sugar or honey.Garnish with chopped coriander,spring onion and chopped green chillies.
