The ingredients needed to make Vegetable soup:
  1. Take 3 big bunch ugwu leaf (sliced)
  2. Take 2 big bunch waterleaf (sliced)
  3. Make ready 1 cup chopped kpomo
  4. Get 4 dry catfish
  5. Take 3 tablespoon crayfish
  6. Take 5 fresh pepper
  7. Prepare 2 small onion bulb
  8. Get 4 maggi cube
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup palm oil
  10. Prepare to taste salt
Instructions to make Vegetable soup:
  1. Wash pepper and onion then blend together.Then wash dry fish with warm water and salt.
  2. Add washed dryfish with kpomo in a clean water,with salt and maggi with little water then boil for 15min.
  3. Add blended ingredient, crayfish then add palm oil allow to boil for 5min.
  4. Then add waterleaf then allow to boil for 5min, add ugwu leaf stir and allow to heat for 3min.Mix everything together then off heat.
  5. Serve vegetable soup with semo or fufu.
