  1. Get 400 gms chicken
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp vinegar

  6. Make ready 1 capsicum cubed
  7. Take 4 green chillies slit lengthwise

  12. Get 1 tsp garlic paste
  13. Get 1 tbsp garlic minced

Instructions to make Dry Chilli Chicken:
  1. Marinate chicken pieces with little salt,vinegar,soya sauce for an hour.
  2. Add the fried chicken, garlic paste, the leftover marinated soya sauce and vinegar,salt and the cornflour batter.Add a pinch of orange red food colour,chilli sauce, and toss till dry.Serve with Chinese mixed fried rice or noodles.
