The ingredients needed to make Pulao:
  1. Make ready 4 cup Rice
  2. Make ready Chana1 and half cup
  3. Get Tomato

  1. Boil cholay. An other pan Fry onions till Brown then add red chilli tomatoes haldi, ginger garlic, salt, cholay, cook 5 minutes
  2. Then add water and rice, Chinese salt and cook 10 to 15 minutes then add lemon juice green chilli, coriander and food colour, leave for 10 minutes for dum.
  3. Your chanapulao is ready.
