  1. Soaked rice in water for 2 hourss then chopped onion, tomato,methi, green garlic leaves wash it.
  2. Take oil in pan add onion cook it. Until onion clour comes to be brown.
  3. Then add tomato,methi, green garlic leaves, green peas, soya bean wadi,salt red chilli powder,garam masala mix it well cooked it 5 mins.
  4. Add 2 glasses water and ice cooked in 20 mins fast flame and low flame 5 mins.
  5. Ready to serve vegan Masala pulao.
