The ingredients needed to make Chinese pakoda:
  1. Get 100 gm all purpose flour
  2. Prepare 100 gm cornflour
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp rice flour (optional)
  4. Prepare 2 cup grated cabbage
  5. Make ready 1 cup grated orange carrot
  6. Take 1/4 cup finely chopped beans
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup spring onion leaves chopped (optional)
  8. Make ready 1/4 cup grated cauliflower
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Take 2-3 green chilli chopped
  11. Prepare 2-3 tbsp shezwan chutney
  12. Get 1 tsp ajinomoto
  13. Get Salt as per taste
  14. Take Pinch Food colour (orange)
  15. Prepare Oil for frying
Instructions to make Chinese pakoda:
  1. Mix all the ingredient given in ingredient box properly except oil
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai when oil is hot make small ball pour in the oil fry till light brown in medium to high flame remove in rahein plate
  3. Then again after 10 min fried the pakoda(balls) for extra crispy ness in medium to high flame for 30 sec
  4. Then serve with shezwan chutney
  5. Or you can make manchurian from use of this chinese pakoda
