For 30- 35 minutes, the dough will double in size Knead the dough as shown on kitchen platform for 3-4 minutes. divide the dough in equal portions as shown. Take Aluminum Baking Tray as shown Grease it with oil. Roll and. Round portions with hands as shown to remove air and form a smooth round ball
  3. Assemble the portions in the tin.Apply Milk wash on top of the Balls in the tin Now keep the tin for second proving for 30-35 minutes After second proving the Balls will increase in size Apply oil Wash to it Apply milk wash. Bake at 180c 20 minuts in a pre- Heated Oven. While pav gets bake apply oil Wash twice every 5-7minuts. After 20 minuts take tin out and allow it to cool. Un old pav and Use as needed.
