  1. I'm going to keep this short and sweet because it's really all about just taking care of the dish whilst you're cooking and be creative.   2. Beetroot: peel the beet and slice half into thin slices. Put these onto a baking tray, season generously. Cut the other half into chunks and boil til soft. Put into a blender and blend with some mayo. Bam!

  4. Sweet potato: peel it, chunk it and boil it. Strain and mash. Remember to season! You can use cream or butter to make it creamier, add some garlic if you want. It's your choice!
  5. Fry the asparagus with some butter. Enough said.
  6. Plate up however you like! Be creative and enjoy yourself!
