Prepare 4/5 boiled medium size potato

Make ready 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
Make ready 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Make ready 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
Take 2 tbsp soya sauce
Prepare Pinch salt
Make ready 2 tbsp oil
Get as required Red food colour little bit (opt)
Take 5/6 tsp water
Make ready Others
Prepare sticks Ice-cream
Take as required Silver paper
Get Vegeis for decorated salad
Prepare As required Green coriander
Take As required Cabbage
Get as required Carrots
Instructions to make Veg Chinese lollipop:
Mash or grate the potatoes
Put 2 tsp oil on a hot pan to saute the vegetables
Add ginger/ garlic paste, stir it, then onion, French Beans,then carrots, then capsicum, and cabbage,stir all step by step from few seconds
Add salt 1 tsp/as required and 1tsp black pepper powder in it and stir until the veggies will dry.
Remove pan and keep the veggies at side to cool.
Take grated potatoes and add bread crumbs, cornflour, 1tsp black pepper powder, some salt. Mix it well.
Add sauted veggies in it and mix it well. Prepare dough.
Freeze the dough for some time to hard
Make balls and give shapes of oval as lollipops and fix the ice cream sticks.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the lollipops. heat oil fully
Fry them carefully In medium heat otherwise it may be broken
Place them on a butter paper them,cool them and wrap the sticks with silver paper
To make sauce:-
Heat 2tsp oil in a pan.
Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, stir a little
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and shejwan sauce, stir it
Add 3-4 tap water, stir it
Add red colour in the sauce, it is optional.
Grate carrot,cabbage and green coriander to decorate it with salads
