  21. Take 2 tbsp soya sauce
  22. Prepare Pinch salt
  23. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  24. Get as required Red food colour little bit (opt)
  25. Take 5/6 tsp water
  26. Make ready Others
  27. Prepare sticks Ice-cream
  28. Take as required Silver paper
  29. Get Vegeis for decorated salad
  30. Prepare As required Green coriander
  31. Take As required Cabbage
  32. Get as required Carrots
Instructions to make Veg Chinese lollipop:
  1. Mash or grate the potatoes
  2. Put 2 tsp oil on a hot pan to saute the vegetables
  3. Add ginger/ garlic paste, stir it, then onion, French Beans,then carrots, then capsicum, and cabbage,stir all step by step from few seconds
  4. Add salt 1 tsp/as required and 1tsp black pepper powder in it and stir until the veggies will dry.
  5. Remove pan and keep the veggies at side to cool.
  6. Take grated potatoes and add bread crumbs, cornflour, 1tsp black pepper powder, some salt. Mix it well.
  7. Add sauted veggies in it and mix it well. Prepare dough.
  8. Freeze the dough for some time to hard
  9. Make balls and give shapes of oval as lollipops and fix the ice cream sticks.
  10. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the lollipops. heat oil fully
  11. Fry them carefully In medium heat otherwise it may be broken
  12. Place them on a butter paper them,cool them and wrap the sticks with silver paper
  13. To make sauce:-
  14. Heat 2tsp oil in a pan.
  15. Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, stir a little
  16. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and shejwan sauce, stir it
  17. Add 3-4 tap water, stir it
  18. Add red colour in the sauce, it is optional.
  19. Grate carrot,cabbage and green coriander to decorate it with salads
