  17. Prepare 4-5 Curry leaves
  18. Get 2 tsp oil
  19. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  20. Get 1 Green chili

Instructions to make Navratri Vrat - Batata Vada:
  1. Take Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
  2. Add Green chilli Paste,Ginger Paste, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder,Lemon Juice and salt mix well.
  3. Take a Kadhai add oil,Cumin seeds,green chili and curry leaves let the Cumin seeds crackle.
  4. Add boiled and Mashed Potatoes mixture and mix well for 5 mins till the time raw masala cookes well.
  5. Turn off the flame and let it cool for 5 mins
  6. Now make small balls from Potatoes mixture and keep aside.
  7. For making Batter combine all the Atta in one big bowl.
  8. Add salt and Turmeric powder.
  9. Add water as required consistency of the batter should be like pakoda batter.
  10. Take a Kadhai heat the oil to deep fry the vadas.
  11. Once the oil is heated add the stuffing balls to the batter and cover all sides of it.
  12. Now put it in oil and fry till light golden brown colour.
  13. After the Vadas are fried from all sides property take them out on paper towel to drain out Access oil.
  14. Batata Vadas are ready to Serve.
