  3. Take As Per taste salt

  11. Make ready onion thinly sliced

Steps to make Dum Aloo:
  1. In a kadai, add a tsp of oil along with jeera - once they splutter, add prepared masala paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add spices like chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala and salt to taste. - continue to fry till oil separates. - turn the flame to low and add curd. give a mix well.After add 1 cup of waterfinally, add fried aloos and cook for 25 min.
  3. And lastly add garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
