  1. Get 3 potatoes
  2. Prepare 1 onion
  3. Get 2 eggs

  7. Make ready 1/4 c flour/matza meal
  8. Prepare 2 TB oil
Instructions to make Chanuka Latkes:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Shred potatoes and smush onions
  3. Add eggs, salt, pepper, baking powder and flour mix together
  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray/spread oil on it
  5. Spoon a 1/4 cup of potato mixture at a time and flatten on baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20 min on one side, flip and bake for another 10 min or until crispy brown
  7. Enjoy by the light of the menorah with a spoon of applesauce
