4. Now at last add grated carrot along with some chopped cherries. Mix it gently.
5. Poured into a greased pan.Bake it untill it's done.. I baked in a kadai with salt for 45 mins to 50 mins. Let it cooled down to handle, then de mould.
6. Cut into middle, make 2 layers of cake. One layer on top add chocolate sauce along with cherries. Then covered by other half of cake.
7. Sprinkle sugar powder on top. Enjoy a super moist cake.
