  3. Sauté onion & celery in butter until well softened.
  4. In a large mixing bowl add: stuffing mix, seasonings, & cranberries. Mix well.
  5. Peel & chop apples in to medium chunks.
  6. Add celery & onion. Mix well.
  7. Add apples, mix well.
  8. Slowly add chicken stock to bowl. Just enough to soften. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Place in greased/ sprayed pan.
  10. Put in oven for about an hour.
