Hey everyone, hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, beef lasagna. One of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Beef Lasagna is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They are fine and they look wonderful. Beef Lasagna is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have beef lasagna using 10 ingredients and 16 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Beef Lasagna:
  1. Get Sheets Lasagna
  2. Take 300 grams minced/ground beef
  3. Prepare 250 ml pasta sauce
  4. Prepare 300 ml white bechamel (see my earlier recipe)
  5. Get 300 grams cheddar cheese
  6. Prepare 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  7. Prepare 1/2 white onion (diced)
  8. Take 1 green pepper (chopped)
  9. Make ready 2 tablespoons olive oil
  10. Make ready to taste herbs of your choice
Instructions to make Beef Lasagna:
  1. In a pan, warm the oil and add the green pepper and onion. Fry until onion is translucent.
  2. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees celcius
  3. Add the ground/minced beef to the same pan and fry until brown. If it gets too dry, add tablespoons of water at a time until you are satisfied with the meat.
  4. Add the pasta sauce to the meat and stir. The aim is to get the meaty juice into the sauce for all the great flavour.
  5. Now it's time to layer. In a large baking tray, start off with a thin layer of the bechamel.
  6. Then add a layer of pasta sheets
  7. Then some of the meat
  8. Then a pasta layer
  9. Then some bechamel and cheddar cheese
  10. Then some pasta
  11. Then more meat and some cheddar cheese
  12. Another pasta layer
  13. Then more of the bechamel
  14. Then the rest of the cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese
  15. Top it off with some herbs and pop it in the oven for 35-45 minutes
  16. Remove from the oven and let it set a little, because if you try and scoop it out straight from the oven it falls apart.
