Steps to make Apple spiced Rum:
  1. To make Apple Juice Black Tea (cold brew) mix 3 Tbsp apple spice black tea in 1 ltr water at room temperature. Steep the mixture for 8 hours and then strain
  2. To make the hibiscus sugar syrup infuse 5-6 hibiscus petals in 90 ml sugar syrup for 30 mins and then strain
  3. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour the Dark Rum, 60 ml apple spice black tea and 90 ml hibiscus infused sugar syrup.
  4. Shake well for 30 seconds
  5. Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and star anise
  6. Drink responsibly
