The ingredients needed to make Cheese Paratha:
  1. Make ready 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. Make ready 1 cup whole wheat flour
  3. Take 1/2 cup Amul mozzarella cheese
  4. Take 1/2 cup Amul processed cheese
  5. Take 2 onion finely chopped
  6. Make ready 1 capsicum finely chopped
  7. Take 2 tbsp mixed hurb
  8. Get 1 tbsp chilli flakes

Instructions to make Cheese Paratha:
  1. Take a large bowl. Add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour and salt. Add 2 tbsp of oil and mix well.
  2. Add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Sprinkle some oil on the dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl shred mozzarella cheese and processed cheese. Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Now add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli and a little salt. Mix gently.
  5. Knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes. Make an equal portion from the dough. Take one portion, sprinkle some dry flour on the base. Roll it into a thin chapati.
  6. Put some cheese stuffing. Then fold it and make a triangular shape. Stick the corners.
  7. Put a tawa over medium flame and let it heat. Once the tawa is hot. Place the paratha on it. Cook both the sides by applying oil.
  8. Then transfer to a plate. Repeat the process for rest of the parathas. Serve hot.
