  2. Preboil milk for 45 min till thick.Add grated carrot and beetroot and cook it very nicely for another hour.
  3. Boil nicely.Cover and cook.Keep stirring in between.
  4. Add chopped nuts in between when milk has boiled and is quite thick.Add few soaked cashewnuts,raisins and peeled and soak almonds.Add elaichi powder now.Add 2 tsp ghee too.
  5. Carrot beetroot delite is ready to serve hot.Garnish with nuts on top.
