Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt as per taste.saute two minutes then add soaked bajra and dal.add water mix all well. cooked it high flame for one whistle then turn the flame medium and cooked it for 3-4 whistle.switch off the flame.release the pressure naturally.the healthy khichdi is ready.
