Instructions to make Chowmein:
Boil 1 ltr water with oil & salt. Add noodles in boiling water & cook until aldante
Marinate boneless chicken cubes for some time.more marination time better the flavour.take oil in pan & fry chicken at medium flame till colour changes.add sauce ingredients in same pan, mix chicken well.add 1/2 cup water & let chicken cook in sauce till tender.sauce will reduce as well
Add butter in pan.stirfry vegies at high flame for 2 minutes with continue stirring to keep the crunch.
Mix vegies into noodles.give nice stir.serve hot
