In a bowl pour your mushroom, add black pepper, thyme, curry, ginger paste, ginger powder, garlic powder, seasoning, Scotch bonnet and mix
Pour it into a pan add some veg oil and fry for 2mnt, add chop sausage keep stir and frying for 5mnt remove and set aside
In a pan pour veg oil, chop onion, carrot, green beans and Scotch bonnet, seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, and all the spices, saute for 5mnt
Add your cook rice mix well, add sweet corn mix all together then add your mushrooms and sweet corn stir and fry for 5mnt, serve and enjoooy πππ
