  1. After cut and proper wash put all green leaves of mustard and spinach and in the pressure cooker and leave for cooking for 1 hour on medium flame after that paur some makki ka atta and blend it well
  2. After that add some ghee in pan and allow it to heat, when ghee got heated put onion, ginger, garlic, tamato for tadka. Ur saag is ready
