The ingredients needed to make Spaghetti allo scoglio:
  1. Take spaghetti (see tip)
  2. Make ready mixed seafood - prawns, mussels, clams, squid
  3. Prepare garlic
  4. Take Small tin of chopped tomatoes or chopped cherry tomatoes
  5. Take Olive oil
  6. Take Dried chilli to taste - peperoncino
  7. Prepare Fresh parsley to serve
  8. Prepare Salt to taste
  9. Take Small glass of white wine
Instructions to make Spaghetti allo scoglio:
  1. Make sure your seafood is clean. Remove the beard from the mussels. Soak the clams in water. I left head and tail on the prawns. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions * be prepared to drain 3 minutes before cooking time. Heat garlic and chilli in olive oil. After a couple of minutes, add the seafood and turn up the heat to medium high - (see tip)
  2. Add the wine and let it evaporate then cover for one min. Add tomatoes, stir and cover for another 3-4 while pasta cooks - (see tip)
  3. Drain pasta 3 minutes before cooking time. Add to sauce and cook for 3 mins in the sauce tossing continuously. Serve with fresh parsley
