Instructions to make Quinoa Vegetable Cutlets:
Combine boiled potatoes, carrot, capsicum and sweet corn into a bowl.
Add boiled quinoa into the vegetable mix.
Add all the spices and combine well to form a dough
Now, add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Take a small portion of the dough, shape it into a ball and press it gently to make a patty
Similarly, you can prepare all the cutlets.
Heat and grease a pan with a little oil & place the prepared cutlets into the pan.
Flip the cutlets and cook until both the sides turn golden.
Cutlets are ready to serve. Enjoy the cutlets with pudina chutney or Ketchup.
