  1. Make ready 4 chicken thighs, remove skin
  2. Prepare 2 tsp garlic powder

  7. Take 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  8. Prepare 1 Tbsp soy sauce

  1. Season the chicken with S&P and garlic powder on both sides
  2. In a skillet on medium heat; coat pan with olive oil, sear chicken on both sides. Reduce heat and cover with lid to continue cooking chicken until done, turning every 5 minutes for about 15-18 minutes. Drain off excess oil except for about 2 Tbsp. (Extra flavor)
  3. Cook the garlic in the oil between pieces of chicken for 40 seconds. Now add the water, honey, vinegar and soy sauce to pan. Turn heat up to medium high and cook sauce about 3-4 minutes to thicken.
