  13. Make ready red onion, 3 green onions, assorted 3-4 peppers(sm), 1/2 green pepper (Wash, dice and add to gravy) Let cook for 15-20 min. on medium - low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or lumps
  14. Get Add sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder(cover, simmer and cook to desired consistency)
  15. Get oyster fried mushrooms
  16. Take Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred)
  17. Get Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper
  18. Make ready Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake)
  19. Take Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned
  20. Take Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!
