The ingredients needed to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Get Butter 100 grm
  2. Take Potato 2 big size boiled
  3. Prepare Onion 2-3 big chopped medium size
  4. Get Cauliflower 100 grm/ 1 bowl boiled
  5. Take Green peas 1 cup boiled
  6. Get Tomato 4 big size chopped
  7. Get Capsicum 1 cup chopped
  8. Make ready Green chilli 2 piece chopped
  9. Take 3 tbsp Red kashmiri chilli powder
  10. Take Pav bhaji masala 1 and a 1/2tbsp
  11. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  13. Prepare 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
  14. Get Garlic 12-15 piece chopped ya crush
  15. Prepare 1 cup Water
  16. Prepare Salt as per taste
  17. Get Coriander leaves for garnish
  18. Make ready 2 pinch Red food colour (optional) or beetroot powder
  19. Take 1 Grated carrot (optional)
Steps to make Pav bhaji:
  1. First boil potato,cauliflower and green peas for 20 min
  2. After that chopped all the vegetables
  3. Then heat the pan add butter then add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed we add chopped garlic fry till light brown then add chopped onion fry until golden brown
  4. Then add tomato, capsicum and green chillies then saute for 5 min then add red chili powder, turmeric and pav bhaji masala,fenugreek leaves then mix it well together add salt kept stirring the gravy till soft and pulpy
  5. Then add all boiled item then mix it well mash it properly
  6. With pav bhaji masher we have to mash the vegetables add water then cook for 8-10 min in meduim flame
  7. Thicknesses depends upon u how much you want thick pav bhaji
  8. When pav bhaji is ready garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and butter
  9. Serve hot hot with toasted pav, bread and chopped onion with lemon juice
  10. For extra colour in pav bhaji give tadka take a tawa or pan add butter when butter melt add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder then add bhaji stir it and serve(optional)
