  7. Now add gram msala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, to taste salt cinnamon powder,ginger powder, garlic paste, mix properly on lower flame
  8. Now spices leaves till oil then add capsicum, carrots mix nicely
  9. Now take a egg and peel it
  10. Now heat the other frying pan take some oil then add eggs and fry it and prepared mixture
  11. Now remove the plates prepared mixture
  12. Now in a wok take some butter then put on half prepared spices mixture then sprinkle some fried onion, some chopped coriander leaf, some roasted dry fruit, and 3 tbs green peas now add 3 tbs curd
  13. Now spread some half cooked rice then again repeat same process in 2 time
  14. Top layer or rice then pour some pure ghee, curd,,saffron mix milk some fried onion, now pour the food colour
  15. Now turn on the flame now cover and cook for 8 min on lower flame
  16. Now turn off the flame and serve it hot it's done
