Make ready 300 gm boneless chicken (breast pcs)
Take 2 onion
Make ready 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Prepare 4-5 Green Chilli
Get 1 tbsp roasted chana(gram) dal
Get 1/2 tsp melon seeds
Make ready 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Get 10-12 Kaju/ cashew
Take 1/2 cup curd
Prepare 2 teaspoon fresh cream
Take 2 large pototoes
Take 2 large tomatoes
Take 2 eggs
Get to taste Salt
Make ready As needed Oil to fry
Prepare 3 tsp Ghee
Get 3 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
Prepare 1 tsp chillli flakes
Take 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
Get 1 bowl Boiled pasta
Instructions to make Chicken Dabba Ghost:
First cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. Wash them and Marinate it with ginger and garlic paste and little salt. Keep it for 1 hrs. Now boil the pasta/ macroni. Drain the water and keep it aside.
Next cut the potatoes into thin slices rub little salt and then heat oil in a pan and fry them until a light brown. Make a paste of roasted chana dal, poppy and melon seeds and kaju and green Chile. Now keep the fried potatoes aside
Now in a khadi oil. Then add the chopped onion. When it becomes pink add the chicken. Saute it till the water dries. Then add the paste. Mix them well. Saute it for 5 min. Then add the beaten curd and fresh cream. Add salt to it. Now let it cook. Add little water. So that the gravy should becomes too thick and dry.
Now see that oil starts coming out of it. Add the boiled paste. Mix it well. And then turn of the gas
Now taking a baking dish first layer it with the chicken and pasta mix. Then place the fried potatoes and thinly cut tomatoes on top of it in a uniform way. Now beat 2 egg and spread the whole egg on it. Now in a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee when it starts smoking. Pour it on the egg. Sprinkle chopped coriander and red Chile flakes.
Now preheat the oven 200 c for 5 min. Then bake it for 10 min. Serve it. I have served it with toasted bread.
