  1. Take 3 Potatoes medium sized (boil and mash)
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Cabbage (grated)

  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

  11. Get 2 tsp Oil
  12. Take 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic fine grated
  13. Take 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  15. Get 2 tbsp Schezwan chutney
  16. Get 4 tbsp Water
  17. Prepare to taste Salt
  18. Take pinch Orange food colour
Steps to make Veg lollipop:
  1. For preparing lollipop mixture :
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute it for 5 - 6 sec.
  3. Add French beans after 5 sec add onion. Saute it for 8 - 9 sec.
  4. Add carrot after 5 sec add cabbage and capsicum, Salt, black pepper powder, and colour.
  5. Stir continuously till the whole mixture dry. Keep it aside for 20 - 30 min.
  6. In another bowl add potatoes, Salt, black pepper powder, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 cup breadcrumbs, and Vegetables mixture.
  7. Mix it well and make a shape of lollipops and deep fry.
  8. Ready ur lollipops and take ur ice cream sticks and slowly fix in lollipop
  9. In this way sticks can't burn or oily
  10. For preparing sauce :
  11. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, after 4 -5 sec add tomato sauce.
  12. Then after few min. Add soya sauce, schezwan chutney, water and salt. Mix it properly.
  13. Ready ur sauce
  14. Serve hot lollipops with schezwan sauce
